All Security Solutions Appointed to Install Bespoke CCTV and Access Control Systems in The Guildhall School of Music and Drama
The Milton Court Guildhall School of Music & Drama is an independent music and dramatic arts school in London, which was founded in 1880. The modern school is a major conservatoire in both music and drama, and is heavily involved in technical theatre, professional development and music therapy. The school currently has almost 900 students, with around 700 of them being ungraduated and postgraduate music students and the remaining students enrolled on acting and technical theatre programmes.
Upgrading Milton Court’s Security System
All Security Solutions were tasked with the job of installing a new access control system and CCTV system into the Guildhall School once the major building project to extend its facilities was completed. The building opened in 2013, providing the school with a start-of-the-art performance space with the following additions:
- A 608-seat concert hall
- A 223-seat theatre
- Three major rehearsal rooms
- TV studio suite
The addition of the new facilities at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama will enable students, staff and public visitors to experience a world-class performance venue and training space for instrumentalists and singers, actors, opera singers and theatre technicians.
